Health Insurance Coverage
Avenues of Health accepts most forms of health insurance, but we recommend that you verify coverage levels and copays with your insurance company prior to making an appointment. Once we have your insurance information, we will submit the necessary paperwork to ensure your claims are handled properly.
If we do not work with your insurance company, you may pay for your visit with cash, check, credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or Health Savings Account (HSA). We will provide you with a receipt, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Credit card transactions are handled over secure electronic connection on the day of service. Returned checks submitted for payment will be subject to a $30 return check fee.
Health Savings Accounts
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), or similar type of medical spending account connected to a VISA debit card, we can process your payment electronically. If your account is not connected to a VISA debit card, simply pay for your visit using cash, check or credit card and keep your receipt for reimbursement by your HSA provider.
