Avenues of Health accepts most forms of insurance. However, we recommend that you verify coverage levels and copay amounts with your insurance company prior to making an appointment. Once we have your insurance information, we will submit the necessary paperwork on your behalf to ensure your claim is handled properly.
If you have coverage through an insurance company we do not recognize, you have the option of paying for your visit by cash or credit and submitting an Avenues of Health receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
For you convenience, we accept cash or check, VISA and MasterCard. Credit card transactions are handled over secure electronic connection on the day of service. Returned checks submitted for payment will be subject to a $30 return check fee.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or similar type of medical spending account connected to a VISA debit card, we can process your payment electronically. If your account is not connected to a VISA debit card, simply pay for your visit using cash or a credit card and submit a Avenues of Health receipt for reimbursement from your HSA provider.
